10. User Conduct and Sanctions
If We determine that You have breached these Terms or applicable law, We reserve the right to restrict Your access, close communication channels, remove any content You provided and pursue legal remedies.
The Company reserves the right of recourse against any user whose breach causes damage to the Company.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions of these Terms, the Turkish version shall prevail.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or Your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices.
For consumer-law claims, the competence of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary thresholds set by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 is reserved.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page is revised.
