Project Note
A five-storey boutique mixed-use building: two curated retail units at street level and eight French-balconied residences across the upper four floors. The façade brings together a hand-laid stone column, timber-clad bay windows and broad glass surfaces; a cascading vine softens the elevation and stands as the project's signature detail. A concealed LED line beneath the eaves bathes the street in warm light after dark. The material palette and lighting treatment carry the precision expected of a premium boutique standard.
