How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of Your data, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject line: “Veri Silme Talebi” (Data Deletion Request).
- Your full name as You provided it during the conversation or contract.
- The WhatsApp phone number You used to contact Us, in international E.164 format (e.g.
+90 5XX XXX XX XX). - The communication channels the request applies to (WhatsApp, email, phone, contact form — or “all of the above”).
- (Optional) a date range, project name or any other detail that helps Us locate Your records.
What Happens Next
We will acknowledge Your request within a reasonable time and complete the deletion process within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and applicable regulations. If We require additional information to verify Your identity, We will contact You at the email address or WhatsApp number You provided.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- WhatsApp Business conversation history (messages, media, voice notes, metadata)
- Contact records associated with Your phone number and email address
- Notes, support tickets and chat transcripts linked to Your account
- Any other personal data covered by Your request that We are legally permitted to erase
Data That We May Be Required to Retain
Under Turkish law (including the KVKK, the Tax Procedure Law No. 213, and the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102), We may be legally obligated to retain certain records — such as invoices, contracts and accounting documents — for a defined period even after Your deletion request. In such cases, the data will be kept solely to comply with the legal obligation, will not be used for any other purpose, and will be securely deleted or anonymized once the statutory retention period expires.

Opting Out of WhatsApp Messages Without Full Deletion
If You only want to stop receiving WhatsApp messages from Us but do not want Your other records deleted, simply send Us a WhatsApp message containing STOP, DURDUR or ÇIKIŞ on a line of its own. We will cease to send further marketing or notification messages to that number.
